Kokios pagrindinės tendencijos grožio produktų pramonėje pasaulyje? Kiekvienas žmogus naudoja bent šešis – aštuonis gaminius kiekvieną dieną, pavyzdžiui, kaip dušo želė, šampūnas, kremas, dantų pastą ir kita. Kasmet Europoje parduodama daugiau kaip penki milijonai kosmetikos gaminių. Mano nuomone, kaip dažniausiai vartojamas, galėtumėme išskirti priemones tokias kaip kolagenas ir kiti odos papildai, veido voleliai bei masažuokliai ir veido kaukės, plaukų augimą skatinantys produktai. Kiek grožio pramonėje svarbu tvarumas, įskaitant esamą produkciją ir kuriant naują? Vienas svarbiausių visų produktų bruožų yra tvarumas. Jis priklauso nuo produktų kokybės. Jei produktas yra kokybiškas ir veda geresnių rezultatų link, tai jis tampa paklausiu. Ilgalaikis tvarumas yra svarbu. Tačiau grožio pramonė nuolat auga ir tobulėja. Naudojama daug komponentų, kurie yra pastovūs ir ilgai išsilaiko grožio pramonėje. O kaip galima namuose papildyti ar pakeisti naudojamus grožio produktus? Manau, kad naudojamus grožio produktus galima papildyti įvairiais papildais, pavyzdžiui, probiotikais, geriamu kolagenu, vitaminais bei naudingomis medžiagomis papildyta mityba. Taip pat galima atlikti ir veido savi masažą. Kas yra svarbus šiuolaikinei kosmetikai? Sunku vienareikšmiškai atsakyti, kas svarbu šiuolaikinei kosmetikai. Kosmetikos pramonė yra labai plati ir su skirtingais prioritetais. Vieni nori daugiau parduoti ir išlaikyti klientą siekiant, kad šis pirktų kuo daugiau ir įvairesnių produktų, o kiti kuria kokybiškesnius produktus ir siekia ilgalaikės naudos odai ir gerų rezultatų. Norėtųsi teigti, kad šiuolaikinei kosmetikai svarbu klientui matomi ilgalaikiai rezultatai ir tobulėjimas. Ar galima namų sąlygomis gaminti tvarius produktus? Labai abejotina ar namų sąlygomis galima pasigaminti tvarius produktus. Labai svarbu yra ingredientų kokybė, higiena, produktų proporcijos ir galutinio produkto kokybė. Sunku numatyti, kaip oda reaguos į namų gamybos produktus. Svarbu ir tai, kad namuose gamintas produktas greičiausiai turės ir trumpą galiojimo laiką, o be to, bus sudėtinga jį ir nustatyti. Ar saugu naudoti laboratorijoje nepatvirtintus produktus? Laboratorijoje nepatvirtintus produktus naudoti nerekomenduočiau. Visgi manau, kokybišką produktą sukurti yra sudėtingas ir atsakingas darbas norint, kad produktas teiktų gerus rezultatus ir nesukeltų nepageidaujamų reakcijų. Gal galite rekomenduoti, į ką reikia atsižvelgti naudojant namuose pagamintą kosmetiką? Jeigu naudojate namuose pagamintą kosmetiką, svarbu atkreipti dėmesį į gaminimo sąlygas, ingredientų kokybę, ilgalaikiškumą ir proporcijas, produkto galiojimo datą.

What are the main trends in the global beauty products industry?
Everyone uses at least six to eight products every day, such as shower gel, shampoo, cream, toothpaste and more. More than five million cosmetic products are sold in Europe every year. In my opinion, we could single out products such as collagen and other skin supplements, facial rollers and massagers to stimulate hair growth, and smart clean face masks and therapies.
How important sustainability is in the beauty industry, including existing products and the development of new ones?
Sustainability is one of the most important features of all products. It depends on the quality of the products. If a product is of good quality and leads to better results, it becomes marketable and long-term sustainability is important, but the beauty industry is constantly growing and improving. Therefore, there are many things that are constant and long-lasting in the beauty industry.
And how can you supplement or replace the beauty products you use at home?
I think that the beauty products used can be supplemented with various supplements such as probiotics, oral supplements, collagen, vitamins and a diet enriched with beneficial substances. It is also possible to do a facial self-massage.
What is important for modern cosmetics?
It is difficult to give a clear answer on what is important for modern cosmetics. As the cosmetics industry is very broad and has different priorities, some want to sell more and keep the customer in order to buy more and different products, while others are developing higher quality products and aiming for long-lasting skin benefits and good results. I would argue that modern cosmetics are about long-term results and improvement for the customer.
Is it possible to produce sustainable products at home?
It is highly questionable whether sustainable products can be made at home. The quality of the ingredients, hygiene, product proportions and the quality of the final product are very important. It is difficult to predict how a home-made product might react with the skin. Importantly, a home-made product is also likely to have a short shelf-life and will be difficult to identify.
Is it safe to use products that have not been approved in the laboratory?
I would not recommend the use of products that have not been laboratory approved. However, I think it is a difficult and responsible task to develop a quality product. It is a very difficult and demanding task to ensure that the product delivers good results and does not cause adverse reactions.
Can you recommend what should be considered when using home-made cosmetics?
If you use home-made cosmetics, it is important to pay attention to the conditions of manufacture, the quality of the ingredients, the longevity of the proportions and the expiry date of the product.
